Picked up a fabulous shiraz at a bargain price (just because the back label was missing). Ntsiki was really great with sharing her passion about her wines.

We did the “walking wine route” and Stellekaya was the first stop. I would recommend the shortest wine route at Bosman’s Crossing to all you wine enthusiasts, and the Stellekaya range, with two unusual blends is well worth the stop!

Ntsiki is an excellent hostess and made me feel right at home. All the wines are very good and I love the way sangiovese is used to great effect in blends

Had a fantastic tasting with Lize and Ntsiki on Tuesday afternoon. Lize is entertaining and sweet and made the already great wine taste even better. Try the Merlot, Cab or Hercules. Actually – try them all. All good. Highly recommended.

Wonderful and friendly wine tasting with Lieze and the winemaker Ntsiki. Wines are very nice and well priced for the quality. Loved the interior and the fact that the wine making is done right there.

Pretty much average place and tasting venue is a bit too simple and lacks a bit of imagination.
Wines are also striaght forward and nothing to go home singing about. The service there was Great though Lieze and Ntsiki did a fantastic tasting for us and they added a bit more to a rather bland place

Stellekaya Winery is situated in town and years back it was actually a Brandy Cellar. The tasting room is in one of the old brandy maturation tanks.

Stellekaya means “home of the stars” and the host Lieze Norval is in fact a star. She was very friendly and chatty and I had a great time there. She went through all the wines and explained each of them thoroughly. The labels on the wine represented some of the star signs. The Merlot is represented by the Taurus, the Shiraz by the Aries and the Cabernet Sauvignon by the Scorpio.

I had a quick chat with the wine maker, Ntsiki Biyela as well. The wine was good and well priced. My personal favourite was the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Thanks for being the perfect host Lieze!

We really enjoyed tasting the Stellekaya wines. My friends and I love red wine, and we found the greatest place to get it, right here at Stellekaya.

The whole setting of Stellekaya is something different in the boring wine industry! Just to see how they have renovated an old brand cellar into a working winery. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the wine is incredible. It’s not often that I have enjoyed all the wines that a winery has to offer, but at the end of our lovely tasting it was really difficult to choose one favouriteut we loved the Hercules and the Cab Sav!
