Quaint, went there on a lazy Saturday afternoon when the city usually is a great place to relax. The wine is of a decent standard throughout with some interesting varietals. The venue is surrounded by a couple of nice restaurants. All in all worth the visit and worth a return someday.

Interesting place – in the middle of the City. Did a quick tasting – would like to go back with a couple of friends – will be back! . Loved the Grenache Blanc and Petit Verdot.

Arrived at 3 pm last teusday afternoon, felt very welcome and found 2 Americain ladies had just beat us to it and when not long after us, a couple of Capetonian guys walked in, the party was complete
We spend 3 fun hrs, chatting and tasting wine, while munching on plates of sandwiches and a generous cheese platter from next door Caveau Restaurant,
Left with a big smile on my face, a box of Rose and warm memories

What a wonderfull tasting a Frenchman that totally regard himself as a South African . We realy had a lesson in wine history of the world. So much passion and love for S A wines you would go far to find that . We bought a bottle of his bubbly that he degorged and capped for us to drink at home. Realy go and visite him.

Wonderful inner city experience. We spent nearly two hours tasting and learning from passionate winemaker Jean Vincent Ridon. Loved the Grenache Blanc, Cabernet Franc and the Pinot Noir. And I still want to taste the 2001 Petit Verdot. Freshly disgorged brut MCC was delicious! I foresee MyCiti bus trips to Heritage Square in lunch hour.

Visited them on a Monday after at around 2pm and end up leaving after 9pm. Kyle Zulch was the man responsible for the amazing tasting that we had. He is the newly appointed winemaker and one passionate chap!

We started with the White Grenache, the only white in South Africa. Very interesting wine with a almost foreign taste. I also enjoyed the Rose at R35 a bottle, the Threesome, which is a red blend at R50, the Cabernet Franc @R70 and the Syrah at R70.

What makes these wines so special is that some of them are made from grapes that comes from their Kalkbay, Orangezicht and soon to be Campsbay vineyards.

This is a really cool spot, where you can taste interesting wines or just buy yourself a bottle for R70 and enjoy it there. My new favourite hang-out in the city centre!
