Oakvalley’s new Pool Room is uber cool! It feels like you are on a set of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Very pimp! The deli offers an array of cured meats and the new restaurant is a must try. Had really informative tasting from someone who didn’t usually work there. (Sorry but I can’t remember her name). Her passion for Oak Valley Estate was huge and she obviously loved working there and really proud of the wines. She encouraged us to explore the farm a bit and there are amazing foodie things going on in this hidden gem. The wines were jolly delicious too!

Apart from being the one of the biggest flower growers in the area, they are also making some yummy wine.

Our host was friendly and chatty and we had a great time. We even got to taste some of their pre-released 2008 Chardonnay. It was very good and I can’t wait to go back in July to stock up on some.
