I was in a bit of a hurry, so could only rush through their Itallian Collection which was rather brilliant. I preffered the Super Tuscan range however the Nabucco 2009 was no slouch!

Great wines and fantastic olives!. I particularly loved the Lourens River Valley 2008. The wines are well balanced and elegant. Be sure not miss the Nabucco (Nebbiolo, Merlot, Petit Verdot blend).
The staff was very informative and I’ve learnt quite a few things about the different type of olives.
Well done!

In terms of wine, definitely one of the top South African estates. Unfortunately when visiting I found their tasting staff particularly knowledgeable and quite unfriendly.. it was quite sad when the wine is of such good quality!

LOVE these olive products. If you don’t eat olives, try these and you will be hooked.
Great Bordeaux blends, loving the Morgenster 2003, there older vintages rock.
Great Nebbiolo blend too…
Great place to relax and take in the scenery with an Italian twist :)

Very nice setting with nice host. Great wines but not 100% sure if they are worth R300. We bought a bottle of the 2006 of their non flagship brand which we thought tasted great and was R130. Olive tasting was a nice change

The wines are very well made, and there is not a single bad one amongst the limited range. One of a kind olive oil tasting.

Fabulous experience with wines to die for. Extra bonus is the older vintages available to buy. Tasting room staff very friendly and the service is excellent.

Estate is also well known for its olive oil and other olive products – they are also available for tasting.

As place to visit again and again.

Wow what a beautiful setting. Visited there on a saturday at 12. Tasting room were empty except for the two employees. I learned so much of the wine from Heleen, the assistant. She is well informed and has a passion for the wine. i tasted the coruso rose, tosca, a bordeux blens and the flagship win.

the best of the four were definately the tosca, a Sangiovese, Merlotand Cabernet Sauvignon blend, just amazing.

A must visit with friendly staff, great wine and an amazing setting.
