Rene Hildenbrand really knows how to give a personal and informative olive and wine tasting. No one is more passionate about olive oil than she is and also her care and passion for her olive oils, wine and the many stray animals who she’s rescued is quite amazing. It’s a fabulous place to visit if you can manage to get her to do a tasting for you. She’s a busy woman.
