Lovely views but the service was slow. The wines taste good especially the Glen Five but were on the pricey side.

There are a few thing that should be appraised here, firstly the staff at Glen are amazing from sales, tasting to post sales and member meetings. Secondly, the wine is fabulous. Glen5 is one that is not to be missed! Its a bordeaux style blend that brings joy to every taste bud possible. The views from this vineyard are also breath taking, there is nowhere I would enjoy to be more than at Constantia Glen eating cheese and drinking wine!

We had a very nice experience here. The weather was perfect: blue sky and sunny. We went last year in August. We sat on the porch and enjoyed a cheese platter while trying the wines. The service was really good. You can check out my full review on http://westerncapewineries.blogspot.com/2011/08/constantia-glen.html. I definitely recommend visiting this winery.

Disappointed that winery now charge for tastings since my last visit but made up by the very welcoming and enthusiastic staff and the lovely quality of the wines. Modest tasting fee also deducted from any purchase. Food platters are a welcome addition and the view is incomparable!

Giselle and myself really enjoyed the experinced offered at this newish winery. Staff was upbeat and well informed. Even the garden staff was very friendly! The wines were I thought superb with the Rose a huge suprise! We bought some and enjoyed it in Campsbay as we spend the weekend there!

Well done to Nadine and the friendly girls from this winery!!!

We arrived 15 minutes before closing on Saturday afternoon and Michael, the engaging and friendly security man, waved us in. The views are incredible and the staff friendly.

This was our favourite Constantia tasting. Not only are the views exquisite but the wines are lovely. It was particularly nice to taste the (delicious)premium wines and that there was no charge for the tastings- unlike the winery next door who had sold out of their premium wines and charged for tastings. The staff were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and welcoming!

Nice surprise to find Nadine who use to work at Constantia Uitsig in the tasting room. When she’s around you know your in for a good tasting. They were very busy when we were there but she and the other lady still managed to look after all the guests.

The setting of the wine farm is awesome and it feels as if you are in another country but, in actually fact you are right at the back of Table Mountain. Lovely indeed!

The wines were tasty but slightly overpriced if compared to some neighbouring farms. I enjoyed the Semillon the most and it was priced at R100 p/b.

Well worth a visit indeed!

WOW! The view, the view, the view…and the wine is great too. Nadine gave us a run down of the history of the farm, the particular plantings on the farm and the wine. Go visit this farm even if you absolutely HATE wine – just for the view.

Had a magnificent wine tasting there today. Nadine was incredibly informative and I couldn’t ask anything that she didn’t have an answer for. The tasting room is basic, but who wants to be inside when you can look at by far the best view from a tasting room in the whole of Constantia. Absolutely magnificent place to visit. Do yourself a favour.

Maybe because it has just opened its doors to the public, that the tasting room needs to be a bit more organised. Arrived on Saturday and found one person working there and she was working flat out – but always most pleasant, however did not have too much time to explain the wines, thank goodness for the tasting notes! Loved the Flagship Blend
