This is always our first stop when relatives from Napier are on a little tour of the area. I have a love of the Bonnievale Cape Ruby Port 2008 ,which is a relatively inexpensive and good drinking option,the rich chocolate, mocha and sweet berry flavours go down a treat after dinner with some Fairview blue cheeses.
I’ve always found the young ladies at reception very pleasant and full of humour..An excellent venue for a starter tasting and is never disappointing :-) I always leave with a few bottles of Port and Shiraz ,very well priced!
