What a nice guy! Worth going there just for the friendly owner and his awesome dogs. Wine is great as well. Well worth the appointment effort.

Quite daunting to have a tasting in the lounge of the owner – well only for 2 minutes until he charms everyone! Love the wines (only Reds) with the Magnifica truly magnificent.

Private tasting (make an appointment – it’s worth it for a charming, personal experience). Boutique winery with only about 2,5ha vines but making some really nice reds. If you can’t make it to the farm, look for the wines at places like the Hermanuspietersfontein wine festivals. The Magnifica 2007 is stunning.

A pre-arranged private visit. Exceptional wines, Magnifica 2006 and 2007 showing class and consistency. Tasting room to be openned 2010/11. If you can’t visit do look out for the wines.
