I stumbled into their tasting room by accident. I was in Stellies doing some work and trying to finally get a tasting at Graceland; however unsurprisingly, they didn’t pitch up, again.
I was the first visitor to Audacia that day (and probably in the week) and my hostess was a tad reluctant to open up her wines. However, I wasn’t going back to CPT without some wine in my system. The tasting went on well with pleasant light conversation that made the time pass quickly.

Truly a day trip by horse and cart to get to the farm from the main road only to be greeted by the much dreaded “Tasting by appointment only” (the words no wine farm adventurer wants to hear). A sign at the gate would be great guys. The precious seconds we did spend left a regal impression and it does look like this farm has ‘something’ to offer. Pity we couldn’t experience that something.
