Beyerskloof is pretty well known in and around Stellenbosch, especially for its Pinotage. with that said, this is a farm I really don’t like. find the wines a bit boring and there are way better around! pretty good restaurant with some good food though! still worth to visit for the food and views..
enjoyed my time here, some pretty good wines and at a good price as well. they also do these great evening game drives in summer and u do a wine tasting and have a meal with it as well. well worth it and its good to see how a vineyard is looking at more than just producing wines. very beautiful place to visit as well.
wow! still one of my fave wineries! fantastic service, even better wines (especially the Chardonnay..) and will keep on coming back to this one. beautiful views as well! I will gladly buy their wines as long as I have the cash flow to support my wine habit :p
have always enjoyed my time here, the wines are pretty good. have done the tastings here a few times now. the last time was done near the Bodega restaurant (great food by the way) and we sat outside drinking our wine and chatting with the wine maker and tasting room staff. very casual and easy going.. perfect for a lazy day in the valley..
beautiful estate with lots of history.. went here with some friends and we enjoyed the wines, we took our time, walking around and asking questions as we went. did feel the staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic but it was relatively busy the time we went…
small private farm near to where I live (and I know the owners) so paid a visit quite awhile ago. really enjoyed the wines and worth a visit – u do need to call in advance if I remember correctly but make a stop here on ur way through the Stellenbosch wineries
